Blank OPOS Settings / Cashdrawer Error
OBS! Gäller äldre maskiner som använder OPOS Settings för kassalådekommunikationen.
OPOS is not able to communicate with the drawer, and therefore SHARP Softwares/Nutid Softwares cannot open the drawer.
The POS test tool will still be able to open the drawer, this tool does not communicate via the OPOS.
The reason for this error is unknown, but it is a result of a drop of data from the register (Regedit)

Open regedit and go to the following location:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\OLEforRetail\ServiceOPOS\CashDrawer\CashDrawer1

If you see this, there is data missing:
Add the missing data manually:
The issue is now resolved.
